Note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or make changes to your order? We get it—just be sure to reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will begin processing and we may not be able to make adjustments.

If you successfully cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


📦 Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package every item before shipping, but if something arrives broken or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report damage, email us at support@comfortask.com and include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product

  • Your order number or full order details

If the damage qualifies, we’ll send a free replacement. Please note: damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear is not covered, and damaged packaging alone does not qualify if the product inside is intact.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs, or other issues once the package is in transit.

We also do not accept liability for lost or stolen packages, and recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for updates.


🏷️ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can update it before shipping. After this window, we're unable to make changes and cannot offer a refund or resend.

Due to the perishable nature of our food-based natural supplements, all sales are final.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or offer refunds on our supplements once a product has left our warehouse.

    The 30-day guarantee applies to purchases of our 1-bottle (1-month supply) option. If you purchase a multi-bottle bundle, refunds will only be issued for the first bottle.

  • Product Must Be Taken as Directed
    You must take the supplement exactly as instructed on the label. This allows you to fairly assess whether the product is right for you and gives the ingredients time to work.

  • Taste Preferences Not Covered
    As taste is subjective and doesn’t impact product efficacy, we are unable to issue refunds based on flavor or texture alone.

  • Lifestyle-Dependent Products
    For supplements related to gut health (e.g., Gut Repair, Prebiotic Collagen Protein), results may be affected by your diet and lifestyle.
    To be eligible for a refund on these items, you must confirm that you consumed at least 9 servings while avoiding alcohol and processed/junk foods, as these can interfere with effectiveness.

NOTE: One-Time Guarantee Per Product
Once a refund has been issued under this guarantee, you will not be eligible to repurchase the same product from our store again. The reasoning for this is because if the product does not work for you then you're not gonna buy again anyway. This is to keep customers from getting free products from us over and over again.
