To begin a return, please contact our customer care team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or by emailing us directly at support@comfortask.com. Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email used at checkout to help us locate your order quickly.

Note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or make changes to your order? We get it—just be sure to reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will begin processing and we may not be able to make adjustments.

If you successfully cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


📦 Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package every item before shipping, but if something arrives broken or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report damage, email us at support@comfortask.com and include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product

  • Your order number or full order details

If the damage qualifies, we’ll send a free replacement. Please note: damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear is not covered, and damaged packaging alone does not qualify if the product inside is intact.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs, or other issues once the package is in transit.

We also do not accept liability for lost or stolen packages, and recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for updates.

While we cannot refund for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the circumstances.
